Who we are
Jeff and Dee Booton have operated Cherokee General Contractors since 1986, relocating from Denver to Mancos, Colorado, in 1992. They are enjoying a diversity of construction projects, access to recreational opportunities, and the ability to be involved in a smaller community. The Bootons are members of local community and civic groups, and are always willing to support efforts to enhance the lives of their friends and neighbors.
Jeff has been involved in construction for more than 35 years and holds degrees in both business and architecture. Jeff places a strong emphasis on project operations beginning with pre-construction analysis and development of the design and budget. He has built partnerships in the Four Corners with reliable, quality subcontractors and suppliers. During construction, management of schedule and quality are a top priority. Dee coordinates personnel, accounting, schedules and service/product evaluation. Her responsibilities include corporate accountability and meeting fulfillment requirements.
